Coordination and implementation stages:
Dr. Abdul Basit Faraj Hameed, Pediatrician and Project Manager, and Engineer Bilal Aloulou, Director of YOSRA Trade – Medical service Ltd. Co., attended the coordination meeting. The hospital plans were discussed in detail, and the doctor was alerted to several important technical points before finalizing orders, which helped us to gain his confidence in the project’s execution.
As a result of this trust, the project scope was expanded to include supplying equipment for all hospital departments instead of being limited to only 45 inpatient beds.
After finalizing the needs list, a schedule was coordinated for field visits to Turkish factories in Ankara, Izmir, and Istanbul.
