Provided Services:
• Preparation of requirements lists and communication with suppliers and factories
• Inspection visits for ready goods and signing supply agreements
• Importing certain equipment from outside Turkey and delivering to Iraq (free trade)
• Supervision of the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with specifications
• Logistical collection of goods at multiple locations and execution of shipment via 30 truckloads (including other non-medical project items) with delivery to the final destination

Project Overview:
Following the success of YOSRA Medical in Al-Faraheedi Hospital Project, Mr. Salam Al-Eidani contacted us regarding non-medical projects in preparation for the Gulf Cup 25 hosted by Basra City, in coordination with Basra Governorate.
The meeting with Mr. Salam opened doors for us to enter the non-medical project sector due to our strong relationships with Turkish manufacturers specializing in auditorium chairs, flooring, and decorative identity applications.

The scope of work included the following:

1. Sports Complex Axis:
   *Palm Trunk Stadium and all its athletic, electrical, media, and electronic facilities.

2. Border Crossing Axis:
   *Renovation of VIP and waiting lounges at Basra International Airport, including inspection and baggage halls.
   *Landscaping and route redesign from the airport’s outer gate to the main entrance.
   *Renovation of Safwan Border Crossing with Kuwait.

3. Transportation and Roads Axis:
   *Basra Wall Project, lighting project for Basra–Safwan road, and bridge joint installations.

4. Media and Promotion Axis:
   *Project of participating team flags, illuminated road signs, bridge banners, tournament mascot, and public square models
