Services provided :
- Hospital furnishings and inventory of necessary requirements, with suggestions to suit the visual identity and integrate the hospital logo with some products.
- Technical discussions for medical equipment specifications and recommending optimal solutions.
- Manufacturing urging waiting lounge seating based on the proposed architectural mock-up, ensuring model/color compliance.
- Overseeing the production of all items to ensure adherence to agreed specifications.
- Managing over 11 shipments post-production, coordinated logistically across multiple Turkish sites, totaling 15+ freight trucks for transit.
- Providing Iraqi customs clearance services and door-to-door delivery to the final site.
- Administer pre-existing factory agreements in Turkey (established prior to your company’s involvement) and act as a guarantor between the project owner and new factories.
A quick overview of the project :
Al-Faraheedi Hospital and Schools is a private group of educational and medical institutions managed by Dr. Tawfiq Majid. The hospital is a multidisciplinary surgical facility with a capacity of 120 beds and 8 operating rooms. It includes intensive care units for both adults and children, a physiotherapy department, an emergency unit, and specialized outpatient clinics. The model Schools consist of multiple classrooms of the first school, middle school, and high school, with model learning halls.
In a business meeting between Dr. Tawfiq Majid and Mr. Bilal Aloulou, director of Yosra Medical Company, several discussions were held to determine the project’s needs. Initially focused solely on medical furniture, the scope of requests was expanded to include all project requirements under the name of our company. Field visits were then coordinated to various Turkish factories of all kinds.
Our team supplied all agreed-upon equipment, devices, and products, while also providing after-sales services, including technical support for installation and finalizing the agreements we had sponsored. This project opened the door for collaboration with more than 14 different Turkish companies.
